"Hi Anna, Hope you and Raymond are well. Thank you so much for the photos, they are excellent! We stayed up the night we got it and went through them all together. It brought back memories and I am sure it will continue to do that. Prior to the wedding you sent us a form to fill in which was very comprehensive and I felt the professionalism already. You and Raymond were very punctual in the morning which is a good start. During the preparation time, I didn't feel you were intrusive and you still managed to get the shots. You are obviously very experienced, all the standard photos needed were taken without any instruction, it's much appreciated as everyone was so busy on the day to get ready. Throughout the day you both worked very hard to take good photos and were very patient with us when taking the couple portraits. You and Raymond are very good at capturing the 'moments'. There are some brilliant photos we can re-live the day with. Needless to say they are very good quality. I can't wait to show the parents on a big screen. You are very good at creating the emotion needed for excellent photos; for example, your set of games for bridal party photos after ceremony so you could get all the good opportunities to make genuine funny snaps. Our guests gave compliment to Raymond about how experienced he is to 'chat people up' so they can show their nice and genuine side for the photos. You stayed late (later than agreed) and took many more photos for the dance. This was totally unexpected and we really are grateful as the extra photos came across amazingly. "Oh Anna we absolutely love our photos, thank you so much! It feels like a chance to celebrate the day all over again. Anna and Raymond, you were so friendly and immediately fit into the day and got along well with all of our guests. Tom and I don't especially like getting photos taken but it didn't once feel like a chore. Our photos are well balanced, a nice mix of colour and black and white as well as traditionally posed and fun. Some of them just made us full on laugh which is honestly exactly what I wanted. Our guests are delighted by the photos. The bridesmaids in particular loved the photos in the Fingal rooms — a lot of laughs! "From the first email contact Anna has been so professional and friendly. She kept in touch with us right up till the wedding. On the morning of the wedding she was fantastic! She let us get on with getting ready and captured some great pictures. She fitted right in and was so fun we had a blast. She took a great mixture of photos during the day which we love and just made us feel so relaxed. I can honestly say we had an amazing experience which I couldn't fault from start to finish. The pictures were even finished way before she said they would be which was so exciting! Our photos are incredible and we can't stop looking at them! I love how natural they look, we look like us, only better! I love that some are more posed and others candid. Anna was super organised, but in a friendly and professional way that put everyone at ease. She also produced the nicest pictures of me that I have ever seen! I do not take a good photo and yet somehow, she still managed! My mother in law summed Anna's work up perfectly after seeing the pictures, ‘you truly captured the essence of the day’. My favourite thing is how well you have managed to capture the emotions throughout the different stages of the day and the smallest of moments that we would maybe forget if we didn't have the pictures to look back on. "Hi Anna, We love the photos! They are amazing!!! We really enjoyed having you as our wedding photographer. Throughout the wedding planning process you always responded very quickly and helpfully. As two people who don't really take photos other than selfies, we were so comfortable with you throughout the day. During the wedding and the morning of, you were very friendly and patient, especially when it came to myself getting ready with all those little buttons on the dress! We found that the entire day flowed better having a photographer like yourself who knew what she was doing and capturing moments both big and small. You were very approachable throughout the day and you also made sure that you captured different angles of the bigger moments such as our ceremony and first dance. After the wedding you were very prompt in getting our photos turned around and back to us and we absolutely love all of our photos, they capture so many different emotions that happened on our wedding day. We love especially that you have captured the smaller details of our wedding that are easily forgotten or left out. "Amazing! We are delighted with our photos and the whole experience. Both Anna and Raymond just slipped into our day and caught the most perfect moments for us, 10 weeks later and I am still going through them all daily. "We had a fantastic experience with Anna. She was there from first thing in the morning to take special photos of us getting ready, until after the first dance at night. Anna listened to what we wanted for photos and made sure we got everything on our list. She also had lots of helpful ideas and suggestions on photos to take/where to take them. We really valued her experience at Glasgow Uni as she knew the perfect spots for photos and knew the rules of the venue. Also, at our reception venue, Anna let us spend some time with our guests whilst she looked for the perfect spot for more photos. Even after the wedding Anna kept us up to date on when we could expect our photos, how to access them and the best way to save them. We can’t wait to select our favourites and get our album. We love all of our photos. There’s not a bad one in there!
